Applied online. Spoke with a recruiter. Was asked to do an extensive analytics exercise. Then interviewed with operations manager. Then was told there would be a follow up with next steps. A week later I sent HR an email asking for an update and have couldn’t even get a response from them. Completely unprofessional in their end. Put a lot of effort and mostly time into the analytics exercise only to get ghosted with zero response from them. Couldn’t care less that I got rejected, but they should at least be professional enough to respond to an email or send a rejection email. Wouldn’t want to work for a company that doesn’t respect other people’s time.

Transparent and professional through out the entire process. Various methods such as: screening, assessment and multiple 121 meetings. I enjoyed the process and communication within the hiring team during the interviewing process.
