The interviewers were extremely unmotivated. First interviewer, who was assessing me with a product case study, interrupted me a lot in a way that I lost focus. He said this is a open question with no right or wrong answer but clearly he had only one right answer in mind and wanted me to give him that answer so he kept interrupting me... The second interviewer, didn't even want to have a short introduction! he jumped to coding exercise and very very artificially read a statement of coding part (I don't even know what was the benefit of reading a statement like "in this part you do a sql coding and ..."). He made zero eye contact, barely answered questions I had, kept putting his hand into his hair and seemed like he was doing his own work...He had no interest even communicating with me... DoorDash! You should do better...You should choose better interviewers...Please don't choose people with no empathy as interviewers!! This is not fair to your motivated candidates...This interview gave me a good feeling about the culture at DoorDash...Even if I had gotten an offer, I would not have accepted it cause it seems there are serious D&I issues at DoorDash.
