Recruiter Phone call and zoom interview - The recruiter phone interview was a great experience but the zoom interview with one of the managers was just not a very enjoyable experience, The manager was so cold and very hard to connect with, They asked a case scenario question to which I asked for more questions for clarity, The responses were not very helpful and the details of the question were so misleading. They were extremely quiet while I had long pauses to collect my thoughts and that just made the whole interview was so awkward and I came out of it feeling horrible. When I interview a candidate, I make sure that they feel good, I try to make them feel comfortable, try to nudge them in the right direction if I see they are struggling to put the right words together, and just try to provide helpful hints and make it a pleasant conversation and I expect to be treated the same way when I interview elsewhere. I'm glad this didn't work out because I wouldn't want to work in a team I didn't feel connected with or a manager that's just so cold and hard to talk to.

Long interview processes , at least 4 rounds of the same type of interview , behavioral and case. Case questions varied but often just repetitions . I’m not sure why they have processes like this, but seems redundant
