I applied for a role at DoorDash through LinkedIn, and the recruiter reached out to me via email, initially sending a Google Forms questionnaire that asked general logistical questions like my location, immigration status, compensation expectations, and availability. After that, I was asked to schedule an initial technical interview. The first interview was straightforward; I was asked to implement a slider in React, and I cleared that round. The next stage was a 4-part interview lasting over 4 hours, covering system design, domain knowledge, coding, and behavioral aspects, with a 15-minute break after two rounds. The interviewers were very helpful and respectful, making me feel comfortable and ensuring I was heading in the right direction with my solutions. Although I wasn't selected for the role, I was impressed by DoorDash's interview process. They provided clear timelines after each round and were punctual. They also offered ample interview prep material, making the experience overall very positive. I would definitely consider interviewing with DoorDash again in the future.

Take home assignment followed by review of the assignment. This is where you will realise that the company lacks senior developer. The hiring process is completely flawed. Don't waste your time here.
