Went through about a month long process - initial screening - zoom with hiring manager - take home assignment - loop interviews - final interview with skip manager The skip manager, an executive at the company, did not show up to my final round interview. Shattered my confidence in myself and in the role. Though the recruiters rescheduled, I was uneasy and frustrated when I actually did have my final interview, and I think it showed. I was not offered the role. And it’s a shame, because I spent so much time and energy throughout this process only to be caustically dismissed in the final round.
