I applied through one of the job sites and got call back from the company after a week and my interview was scheduled with the director of the company. I reached the office for the interview but the director had not arrived so I had to wait near about an hour. No technical questions was asked just my background and about projects in previous companies. At the end he just asked my current and my expected salary and said he will fix up a technical round where I will have to write code and they will call back. I never went back to the company for the technical round because I never got any proper reply when i enquired about the company, the domain they are into, what kind of projects, employee strength etc. It seemed they were trying to hide the information and they changed the topic of discussion. The place where I was interviewed was a small place in industrial estate but they said they have a big development centre in the same building elsewhere.
