The interview was booked via Teams, and it was a panel interview with the two manager. There was an audio problem at the start, and I have to use my mobile phone due to technicalities. They had a series of 7-8 questions basically filling out a generic questionnaire and you can see them on the screen flipping the pages. One of the manager BARELY looks at the screen, her face looking sideways and have asked only one question. I asked the next step, and I was told I will be informed mid of the month due to high volume of applicants however, the recruitment lead called the following week and advised I was not shortlisted. I appreciate the fact the business practices the Circle Back Initiative, and this helps to close the door of the application.

I had a wonderful job interview where the interviewer was friendly and engaging. They appreciated my skills and experiences, making me feel valued and confident about the opportunity. Overall it was a very pleasant interview experience.
