Entrevista
I applied through Glassdoor and was contacted by a recruiter within 24 hours. They asked some technical questions about big O and object-oriented design, though they seemed more satisfied by naming buzzwords of the topics then doing a deep dive into them.
Next step was a technical phone screen on a shared coding website. Basic programming data structures & algorithms type question related to the product. Relatively easy.
After that I was brought on-site for 4 rounds of interviews. 2 technical problem solving and 2 more conversational (regarding technical projects & previous experience).
The first round was very similar to tech phone screen, and took about 15 minutes. Was incredibly easy compared to other tech problems. The rest of the time was spent asking questions of the interviewer.
Second round was an object-oriented design question. The question was not inherently difficult but I found the interviewer was not very personable. My advice is do not assume solving this problem is a collaborative process with the interviewer. I asked a number of questions to clarify or check in during my design (which is suggested in books like cracking the coding interview, or the google interview prep videos), but they were met mainly with shrugs and deflections. I was told with roughly 15 minutes to go that I hadn't satisfied the interviewers believe that my design had solved a core part of the problem. I scrambled to adjust things but ran out of time.
The next two rounds discussed technical projects and pass experiences with bosses / co-workers, and thoughts on the SDLC. These were relatively easy and I received good feedback from the interviewers during this process.
Ultimately I did not receive an offer due to the OOD portion of the interview. I can't help but feel a bit frustrated with how that went, especially conisdering how relatively easy the rest of the interviews were. If the interviewer had doubts about my design I think it would benefit both the candidate and the company to be up front with those concerns early (which is how this type of design would be down in a real production environment), rather than let the interviewee go down the wrong path for the majority of the assessment.

The phone screening question was standard and went over my resume, along with talking about the role. Asked about test driven development a lot. They do a technical question, then a system design question, followed by a meeting with the team manager it sounds like.

I had my first HR interview with DraftKings. It was mainly about getting to know the company, understanding the general role, talking about my past experience, and answering few easy initial technical questions.

The interview process was fairly straightforward - after the screening and technical interview they put you in a 3 hour final round with three separate interviews back-to-back, the last one being a chat with the team lead. The recruiter was nice and helpful throughout the process.
