Two part interview. First interview is about an hour long. It's a conversation with the Director. Topics covered include: the responsibilities of the position, the benefits of the position, the layout of the program. It is an informative conversation. The information is followed by questions to the candidate about their experience, particularly in working with children and managing large groups. They are also interested in knowing candidates' previous experiences with lesson planning.
