Entrevista
The interview day lasted from 830am-1230pm. You start out in a conference room with other people being interviewed and some current IT Associates and IT Managers. Half of the people being interviewed will go to their certain rooms at about 9 while the other half sit in the conference room and then get a tour around one of the floors. While sitting there it's just holding a conversation with everyone in the room and talking. It was not hard at all just normal talking. After about an hour of that, the second group goes to be interviewed while the ones that were interviewed hangout in conference room and talk. There are two people that interview you and nothing real technical, everything is behavioral. After the interview, everyone even the ones giving the interview, meet in a conference room to have a catered lunch. This is where the people who you haven't talked to yet, you will have a chance to talk to. Very formal and fun time while having lunch and learning about them and the company. I put I did not receive offer because I have not got that far yet. They take about a week or 2 to get back to you.

The interview was not bad at all. Majority was behavioral questions and basically was with multiple managers. First round was with two managers and then all the interviewed students would socialize with all the managers during lunch in another.

Non-technical interview, but they appear to have a good grasp of what you already know. They ask you to explain any technical work you've already done. They pretty much will let you lay out all your cards on the table or dig your own grave. It is a group interview and there was around 11 people when I went. Around 5 people interview at a time (individually) and they switch to the next 5.

Entrevista
I applied for the job in early December and got an email asking for an interview a couple weeks later for mid January.
The interview went extremely well. It started out in a group setting where we just talked with each other. After that, they split off the group into 1-on-1 interviews, while the rest would tour the building with those waiting for or were done with their interviews. We also had the opportunity to talk with current IT Associates to interact with them and ask questions about their position.
The actual interview was with 2 managers. It was extremely laid back and comfortable. They asked the standard interview questions relating to things like history of experience and team skills. I can’t remember many of the questions, but I’ll put the one I had trouble with in the Questions section. Overall, there were no technical questions unless I brought up something technical from my resume. The biggest tip I have is to maximize your experience that relates to the various rotations while being eager to learn about the areas you’re not experienced in.
They told us a response would be given within 2 weeks, whether it be an offer or rejection. I received a phone call from the HR representatives a week and a half after the interview, where he offered me the position and outlined the benefits and things of that nature. I received information about the specific rotation a week later.
Overall, the interview was a pleasant experience. Just come to the interview and enjoy the conversations, and things should go well.
