The interview was conducted by two people in Duke's Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) department. The setting was in a conference room with the Director across from me and is assistant a few seats over, but on my side of the table. The whole process was quite structured but relaxed and unhurried. There were quite a number of questions that the corporate HR Department required them to ask, then more job specific questions. This part took about 2 hours followed by a 10 minute break to get my thoughts together and present a 10-15 minute class on any subject of my choosing. They just wanted to see me think on my feet and get and idea of my presentation skills and ability to interact and answer questions. The whole process took about 2.5 hours.
