Describe a time where you faced challenges working with people of different departments/groups and what you did to improve the working experience and the end results?
Panel interview with 2-3 engineers in the department. Ghosted after the interview. I sent thank-you notes and followed up repeatedly in accordance with the decision timeline they stated. Eventually got an automated rejection months after interviewing. Extremely unprofessional and a massive waste of my time.
