      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa E.ON.

      Entrevista

      Analytical test + three interviews with a duration of 45 min each and all consisting of a case study and personal fit questions. Feedback/Decision was communicated one hour after the last interview. The case studies were all related to the energy sector and of low difficulty. However, some of the personal fit questions were relatively difficult (e.g. what motivates you to strive for excellence). The interviewers were all very friendly and most interviewees on the day of my interview were quite hopeful to receive an offer. However, only 1 or 2 out of 8 actually did. Putatively my rejection was based on deficiencies in the personal fit part. Unfortunately, when asking for concrete examples for such weaknesses I did not receive feedback that I found helpful or that made the rejection entirely understandable. All in all, still a very smooth and friendly interview process and certainly an interesting company to work for. However, I have the impression as if they were interviewing too many people for too few spots (to do the maths: 100 employees, 30% fluctuation, recruiting days taking place every two weeks). Perhaps, increasing the difficulty of the case studies could improve the interview process so as to leave interviewees with more direct and more tangible feedback on their performance.
