I had a very negative interviewing experience with ECM. I sent my resume to the HR and she called me to confirm that they have looked at the resume and liked what they saw. She wanted me to come in for an interview at the firm office. I was interviewed by the HR, two Vice Presidents and the Owner of the firm all at the same time. HR and the owner did 95% of the talking. It started as a casual conversation where they wanted to get to know me. The owner at some point started looking at my resume (where he had red markups all over the place) and systematically belittled and berated my previous responsibilities on several projects. So while the HR kept apologizing for the owners behavior, he continued to belittle the professional licenses and even my grad school work that I did 5 years ago. I kept a positive attitude throughout the whole ordeal, and at the end the owner says that he would like to make an offer sometime in the next week or so. After receiving the offer in the next couple of days, I declined.
