The Education Department manager was very professional, but also relaxed enough that the interview carried more like a conversation. The process also involved a tour of the building and meeting some managers in nearby departments. The general information on the company's website was enough for me to familiarize myself with what the company does, but knowing about Glassdoor would have definitely been more helpful.
