I had a 4-hour interview at EG Group, involving team-based tasks, an Excel test, and an individual interview. The process was thorough, well-structured, and tested both teamwork and technical skills effectively.

Entrevista
Applied online, got invited to assessment centre in which there was a group exercise, short 10 minute interview (mainly competency) and 1 logical psychometric test.
After that there was a second interview where 2 people interviewed me but were not relaxed. Had a stern face on throughout the interview.
They took 3 weeks just to say that i had been unsuccessful.
