Referred by employee. Pretty straight forward with assignment followed by hiring manager interview. Offer was rolled immediately post interview. Very smooth experience. HR was polite. Hiring Manager was professional.

Pergunta 1
How would you design a mobile product for a septuagenarian target segment?

Entrevista
I was connected to the HR through an external recruitment consultant. Went through 3 discussions including a case study presented to a panel of 4 members. No response from them after that. I don’t really mind this experience since I hadn’t even heard of the company before receiving the consultant’s message on Linkedin.
Overall, it seemed like a very average company which has hired not so competent folks. My future manager seemed to be inept and incapable of providing any meaningful content during our discussions.
Advise- If you are making a candidate work for your interview process, ghosting them isn’t a wise idea at all. Receiving funding and announcing them over the internet isn’t the be-all and end-all of the company. How they treat their prospective employees is very likely to be how they treat their on roll employees.
To all future employees- Try to get onboard Emeritus only if you have exhausted other options and are desperately looking for a paycheck.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa EMERITUS.
Entrevista
Standard
- recruiter
- hiring manager
- take home / presentation
They are not very responsive, and the take home is related to the product, so it feels like they are asking candidates to do work for free.
