I was invited to do an interview and the interviewer sent out a cancellation one minute prior to the meeting start time. Totally understandable if they found a better match but very inconsiderate to only give a heads up with no warning. People spend a lot of time preparing for interviews and they basically wasted my time. The right thing to do would have been to give advance notice to other candidates that they went with someone else.
