Very easy and standard process, they asked about very basic things. The people who interviewed me seems to be desperate for people so it went smooth. Also I did some activities with the institute before which help me and them understand about each other. We basically had some what of an understand about each other before hand. But sadly the people who interviewed me left after 1 year and I was slowly becoming demotivated as the new management team was too money focused and not much help in career development
