I was approached through LinkedIn by a third party recruiter. Next step was talking to an internal recruiter for 30-45 minutes. She gave me a huge and deep picture of the company - what they're looking for and so many different aspects of what the engineering team is working on.
Next step was an hour with the engineering director about my experience and typical soft skill questions. They gave me a good heads up about what the take home Codility assessment would cover, which was very appreciated. I'm usually hesitant on those kinds of assessments, but this one was a great level that didn't take a ton of my time but also very fairly assessed me about real world React and GraphQL skills.
Last interview was a one hour panel with three senior engineers. Everyone was extremely kind, and the questions were technical but nice and broad, which I thought was an excellent assessment at a senior level.
