Pretty standard interview. Two rounds: one phone interview and then an in person with 4 people from different departments. The process was the same for both: warm up questions/pleasantries then going over the resume and previous experiences, finally a few behavioral questions and scenarios. Seemed like they were looking for very environmentally passionate people and wanted to see how your goals fit in with their company vision.
