In the first HR round, they didn’t even ask you to introduce yourself or conduct the interview as a real conversation. It felt more like the HR had a checklist in hand, going through the questions one by one. They didn’t seem very interested in or willing to dive deeper into any particular topic. Once you answered a question, that was it—they simply moved on to the next one.

Received fairly standard fit questions with a light mini case in the first round (made up case on the spot..), very disappointed with one of the interviewer's attitude, specially the more senior interviewer, at times the tone and style of questioning was quite hostile and patronising. They did not seem to be very happy to be interviewing, they seemed to be in a big rush during the interview so much that during a strength & weakness style type of question I was told to just share weaknesses as they didn't have a lot of time (at this point we had only been speaking for 10 minutes). Overall, the interviewers didn't really seem super happy to be there to be honest. I enjoyed learning more about the firm and style of work they do in their team but I wish their tone and delivery could have been less aggressive. Extremely disappointed with their attitude given how much praise I had heard from the culture at Parthenon, the interviewers did not reflect the collaborative, learning environment that the firm likes to advertise rather the opposite.

I had multiple video interviews, it was a straightforward process. It did take multiple weeks to get a response back from them, but the team was friendly and professional towards me.
