The interview process consisted of a single, comprehensive round. I met with three members of the finance team simultaneously. The conversation felt professional, structured, and collaborative, with a focus on both technical proficiency and team fit. The interviewers were transparent about the company culture and the challenges of the role, making the overall experience feel efficient and well-organized.

The interview process was very detailed. Many different interviews with many different interviewers. They seem to have a very standard practice of going to different levels of the company, but seems to work to make sure that you are the correct fit for the job.
