At first they just get to know you. Then you are asked situation-based questions that would happen if you worked there. You must tell them when to get a manager involved, when not to, and how you would handle things.

It went well, very nice and very professional. They asked me a lot of my last experience, which at the time I had none so it did not go so well for me
