Approached by an external recruiter, therefore I shared my resume. Afterwards, I received an e-mail with the invitation for an interview via MS Team. The recruiter/HR joined the call with 30 minutes of delay, showing zero respect in the candidate's time. The interview is friendly but quite disorganised: the questions are randomly put. There is no chance to understand how the team is set or which tasks will be covered for the job I applied for. At one point, the interviewer mutes herself and starts talking to a colleague for two minutes, which I found extremely rude and disrespectful again. The interview ends with a promise to receive feedback by the end of that week or the next. Feedback has not been provided to me. Quite frankly, extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, respect and organisation of this company. Stay away from such people.
