Phone Interview, Psychometric Survey, Two in-person interviews. I was initially contacted by a staffing agency however I know now that Echologics attends university career fairs in order to look for new graduates. The process was quick and easy as there was a need for new people to start quickly when I was being interviewed.

My initial point of contact was with HR where we discussed the details of the role to determine if I was interested and capable. The next stage involved a group interview with the engineers I would be working with. They asked me some basic technical questions and to speak to my past experiences. Finally, I Skyped with a more senior engineer and was asked more technical questions and about my preferences with workload.
