I submitted it all. I am no dummy - graduated top of my class. I can figure things out just by looking at them. My learnability quotient tests at the 99th percentile. Seems like I would get a phone call at least. Miraculously, seven 1/2 months later, I received the canned rejection letter. That is amazing customer service. I am really glad I never wasted any time interviewing. I am more offended that I got a rejection letter now as opposed to hearing nothing at all. Word of advice to the company - todays job market does not allow you the luxury (read that as total lack of respect for prospective employees) to take six plus months to respond back to people. I really hope you treat your current employees and your customers better. Judging by the low score you have it does not appear that is the case.
