The process was straight forward, and moved pretty quickly. There was the initial application, then a quick phone interview (really more a screening than an interview), some online paperwork, then an in-person interview. The part that took the longest was that the online paperwork, but it was my fault because I accidentally locked myself out of the system going into a holiday weekend, so I had to wait until the following Monday to talk to someone. Everyone I spoke with was really nice, but during the interview it became clear that I was not a good fit for the role. If nothing else, it was good practice for something I'd be better suited for.

The interview process included a phone interview with a recruiter, recorded video responses to multiple prompts, and finally an in-person interview with the financial advisor. The process took several weeks.
