Zero human interaction. Received an invite to do an on-demand video interview. The four questions would be provided once you start, one at a time. Each video could only be recorded once and was subject to a 4-minute time limit once you press record. There was a "notes" box for your answers so you can more easily look at the camera while recording, but the box was too small to be any use. No questions were specifically related to the role. No response to my email. Received boiler-plate rejection email 11 days later on a Sunday. Unclear if the video was reviewed by a human or by AI. Since I have never done an on-demand video interview before, the process was time-consuming as I had to review their guidelines and then practice my answers before recording. If it's going to be this impersonal, it would have been much faster to just submit a written response.
