First they have you do an “on-demand” video interview before talking to a human being. Then they have you provide past and current employer info, past and current supervisor contact info, and salary history. Then, I met with a video panel of 4, a video panel of 3, and a final video interview with the hiring manager. I thought they went well. I made it all the way through and was waiting for either a job offer or for them to say “thanks but no thanks”. THEN, I was ghosted. I followed up with my assigned corporate recruiter 2 times with no response. I had been interviewing with them for 3 months, typically with quick responses and then nothing… ghosted, wow.
