I was asked to do a video interview first, which is to record some answers they show in hirevue I believe, and then submit it. Shortly after that, I got an email asking me to fill in information about my previous 10 years work experience or something. Then I was reached out by recruiter to schedule interview. I never had the chance to speak to the interviewer, first one they said someone got covid and had to cancel it but no one told me until I waited in zoom for 15 min. So I rescheduled, and this time the interviewer had an emergency so had to reschedule, but this time they let me know in advance. And after that, I emailed HR a few times, he claimed they would reschedule but I never heard back anymore. And a few weeks later, I got a rejection email, I never attended the interview. If you are uncertain of hiring for a position, please don't ask us to waste so much time for the unnecessary assement or survey.
