Kind, Slow, and Frustrating. When interviewing for the Analyst position, they threw some statistics questions at me, which I didn't ace because I don't do statistics as a Web Analyst very often (in my former role). I thought I totally blew it, but they invited me for another around, and then another - only to be ghosted. The hiring manager promised he would get back to me by end of week and never followed up. When interviewing with the company, they didn't tell me the position they initially wanted me for was filled, so I had to follow up to see what was going on - things are honestly kind of messy and very uncertain. I wish it was more clear where you stood with EJ during the interviews. You can bomb certain things, only to be ghosted later - odd.
