This organization is not serious at all in their recruitment process. After a first interview, they invite you to do an extensive assessment to pick your ideas. They tell you to wait a week, and they will get back to you. They don't get back to you on the agreed date, then continue to publish the job in question, and finally, they tell you that the position is not available. It is a waste of time and energy to follow up with them. This is a company that is shopping for ideas. The comments from former employees seem to be true.
