Started with a 1 hour "informational session," then a 30 minute video interview. After that I was invited to their Minneapolis office for an in-person interview which lasted about 2.5 hours. None of the interviewers wore masks and seemed to be completely unconcerned about Covid, which made me uncomfortable but I felt like I couldn't say anything (it was bizarre just that they would want to do an in person interview during covid anyways). After that, I had a 45 minute call with the regional manager.

I really appreciated that I got to meet with an internal recruiter for interview prep before my last three interviews. I got to meet with several employees and I appreciated that as well. I had four interviews because it was more competitive and had the opportunity to discuss the role in plenty of detail. After this process I feel prepared for the role!
