Competence based questions. They are really clear with what they're analising in each question and the HR sends the topics that will be evaluated to your email before the interview and also sends the job description. Easy prep. People were very nice too. Quick feedback as well (same day!)
Based on competences. First they ask for personal information: current salary, expectations, notice period...Why you want to join EirGrid. Then, they arrange a interview with you. In my case it was an online interview
