Don't bother. My experience was a perfect fit for the role and I had worked for two of their direct competitors. I interviewed with their CFO and COO. The COO asked me consultant level questions during the interview then offered me a 90 day contract position. My interview with the CFO indicated they did the same with him. They are not looking for a qualified person to fill the position permanently but rather want to get as much info out of you as they can in 90 days then send you on your way. The job posting is bait and switch. Don't waste your time unless you like being used.
