I was called for an interview after my application. The process was quite unprofessional; I had to fill out the application form standing up in the security area. Despite my experience in logistics and fabric warehousing, almost no technical questions were asked regarding my skills. It was stated that the employee was taken out of town for work and the journey sometimes took a long time. I was informed that the working hours are 07:00-16:30 and 00:00-09:00. The company does not provide a shuttle service; instead, transportation costs are added to the salary. The meal card is 400 TL per day, with an additional meal allowance provided for overtime. I was told there would be a quarter-month salary bonus and premium every three months, but my detailed questions about the terms and conditions went unanswered. The interviewer did not seem fully informed about the benefits package. I was told that I would meet with an HR specialist and receive feedback, but I never heard back. It was a complete waste of time and travel expenses.
