Simple, I was not asked skill based questions. I had 3 interviewers and I was really hopeful but I didn’t get the role. I love their communication process. I got a call after applying then I was invited for an interview.

This role is predominately remote, with likely one day per week spent in the office with colleagues. What is your opinion about working from home? How do/would you ensure that you are able to work effectively remotely?
