Interview was all via phone/video and VJT......it was definitely not a normal interview. The videos were relevant and gave a good overall understanding of the position. The tools/technology used was up to date and easy to navigate.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.
