Received word of this position through a third party recruiter. First had a phone screener, waited for about a week, then they scheduled a whiteboard session with the team. Project Manager I interviewed with was super inviting, but the other members on the team gave off a very individualistic and non-collaborative energy, which was a bit of a turn off. Developers should be more interested in sharing knowledge and experiences with each other in order to increase efficiency and make problems easier for each other, but that was not the vibe that I got from the interview with the team.
