The interview process was rigorous, but positive experience. I had 2 different panel interviews and a 3rd with VP. They all asked some tough questions. But, if you have experience, you can handle those questions.

Submit application and the hiring manager or their admin asst makes contact for scheduling. Afterwards I would follow up with a thank you and wait to hear if they contacted my manager for feedback or reference. In some cases it occured, others it did not. Thankfully if no offer is recieved the manager was kind enough to personally give me feedback and encouragement to pursue additional options.
