I've never had an experience like this before. I went through 2 interview processes which took almost 4 weeks. Got a job offer which then counter offered for 5k more. When I countered offered the director requested for an interview and then after that it took 1 more week for them to come back and say they have decided to go with an internal resource. I've just never seen anything like this before. And communication was the worst. I almost missed out on another off because of this. Just the worst experience.
