Screening call happened quickly and the interviewer was polite and asked conversational questions. Gave the salary range up front. I had to follow up to get the video interview scheduled, but the panel was spread out around the country, so I understood. The video interview was very relaxed and the panel was less intimidating than I would have expected from several upper level attorneys. Even though it wasn't the job I wanted, they were very supportive in telling me that I was a great interviewer and, if they had the job I actually wanted, they would have hired me. It was a very positive failure.
