I received an initial email to interview with the direct hiring manager for his team. I felt as if the interview went great as there were talks of the next available training class and what working under him would look like. He stated the next steps in the process would be an email within 2 weeks to confirm employment. two weeks turned to 2 months and still no word. I had heard this was common and he stated his next training course was about 2 months out however after multiple ignored emails from him and the recruiter I gave up much hope for this position. Although I would love to work for Anthem this experience has put a pretty bitter taste in my mouth as hearing nothing back has delayed my employment time line. So I am left last minute applying for jobs. Also other applications I submitted get automatically rejected as I was "being considered" for this job. After three months I am torn between withdrawing my application or trying to wait it out.

Overall pleasant experience; the interview was short and sweet. I felt like I successfully relayed all necessary information. The interviewer was very concise, friendly, and to the point. She asked me relevant questions and listened well.
