Terrible with super uncaring recruiter and poor communication (and really deception) throughout. First, I applied to a particular job, and then when I got the screen interview , it was a bait n switch and they were pitching me some other role. Yet they were saying the one I applied for was open, but I didn't want to argue on the screen in interview to sayn on thanks, give me the one that I applied for, so I got shuffled off to this other role. My actual interview with the hiring manager was great, and I thought I would be moving ahead - no doubt. Then silence. Follow up with a recruiter first time and completely ghosted. No response. Waited a couple weeks then follow up nicely a second time. Got confusing answer that said , we're meeting this week. Ok, so thinking i'm gonna be hearing soon. Then, no word again. Follow up to the recruiter again. Then I get this very confusing answer about, We're having a meeting on final candidates. I realized I didn't understand what she meant right away (likely purposefully obtuse to string ya along) , but the more I thought about it , I thought, does she mean final first round or a final final? Wrote back to just ask for clarity on that. Got a system reject email back. Their process is completely deceptive and non transparent, at best. Can only imagine this is what it's like to work there also. Guessing I dodged a bullet.
