I saw the posting and then reached out through a friend who was connected with one of the founders and quickly got a phone interview. Really lovely conversation, which helped me better understand my own strengths and desires. Founders are both responsive and inspirational, but I was a bit behind the ball as they were nearing the end of the selection process and they didn't want to go back to scratch :( I've never experienced such a transparent interview process and am very impressed by this company both in terms of the product and the culture they're building. I think we're going to see great things from Elevate Security.
