First a simple english interview with human resources representative - afterwards meetings with the managers - then if accepted, a blood drug test is done onsite always. Pretty Straight forward.

I left with a feeling that it was a sham interview and wondered why a company should waste their time and mine when they already have a decision made. They promised to get back to me within five days. I did not hear from them and when I rang after ten days, they simply said the position had been filled. They could not provide me with any feedback
