My interview process was a 3:1 interview that consisted of the lead attendant, the hiring manager, and manager of the department. Mainly the hiring manager and manager of the department asked me all the questions and took notes, while the lead attendant just took notes. First, they asked me about myself and my background. Next, they asked me a series of behavioral and situational questions relating to my previous experiences.This process took the longest. If I had to guess, they asked about 10 questions that required some well thought out answers. After the interview was over I was informed that they would make a decision in the next two weeks.
