I completed three online interviews for a Sales Intern position (two ~60-minute interviews and one ~30-minute interview). After the final interview, I was told I would hear back the following week. I followed up after a week with no update, but received no response. Delays happen, but ghosting after reaching the final interview round reflects poorly on the candidate experience. Even a short update or rejection email would have been appreciated.
