I've been in a lot of interview cycles lately, but this was absolutely pathetic. I went through 4 rounds of interviews, but their communication was so nonchalant, it took almost 2 months to go through it. When they did communicate, I was almost always asked to drop what I was doing on the spot for an interview. Twice, I took off from work after they had asked me to take a phone call with them, only for them to cancel on me or "ghost" me, only for them to email me apologizing days later. And after four rounds of interviews, no rejection email, just silence. They don't respect peoples time at all.
